By the end of March, Arohan Financial Services will submit draft IPO documents: MD
Arohan Financial Services, a company situated in Kolkata, is getting ready to submit its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an IPO to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) by the end of this month. Arohan's managing director (MD), Manoj Kumar Nambiar, told Business Standard that the company plans to use the revenues to support expansion and fortify its capital basis.
The DRHP document is presently being prepared. By the end of this month, we intend to file the document. After that, we'll wait for questions and, ideally, receive a ticket from Sebi. We're hopeful that the upcoming fiscal year would provide a better opportunity to examine the listing," Nambiar stated.
